Please Read These Guidelines For Using The 5 Minutes For Special Needs Classifieds

These classifieds were set up as a way for readers to find a new home for items they may no longer need.

Our original intention was to list only items that were either free or free for shipping costs. But we realize that some of you may have items that, due to financial reasons, you are not able to simply gift to another family.

Here are just a few helpful hints when you are buying/selling/trading.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION GOES ON EVERYTHING. NOTHING SHOULD LEAVE YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Delivery confirmation is to protect the SELLER and should be included in your price. If you choose to send a package out without it, be prepared to refund that money. If a paypal claim is filed against you, and you didn't buy delivery confirmation you WILL loose your paypal case. I cant stress enough how IMPORTANT delivery confirmation is.

Ask for pictures.

Ask questions about the item listed. How old is it? Why are you selling it? What is the expiration date on the formula?

Paying with PayPal will help in case a buyer doesn't receive their item. You can open a dispute via PayPal. Make sure to read the PayPal rules and regulations.

Transactions are at the risk of each party involved. The Admin at 5 Minutes For Special Needs is not able to referee transactions. While we believe that the vast majority of people are honest, there are a few bad apples out there.
