White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Spread creamy peanut butter on a Ritz cracker. Top with a second Ritz.
Dip into melted white chocolate & coat thoroughly.
Sprinkle with festive jimmies.
Allow chocolate to harden.
Enjoy!

Trust me, these are AWESOME!

Yay for cookies!

Here's my chocolate chip cookie recipe. I know you're thinking - we all have a ccc recipe. But truly this one is the best there is!

1 lb. butter ( I use 1 Cup butter and 1 Cup Crisco, this way they will not be all spread out and flat when they are done baking . )
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups packed dark brown sugar
3 eggs
2 teas. vanilla ( real vanilla none of that extract crap! Sorry if I offended anyone.)
1 1/2 teas baking soda
1 1/2 teas. salt
5 cups flour
4 - 6 cups chocolate chips
2 cups chopped nuts , walnuts or pecans (optional)

Cream butter and sugars well. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together soda, salt and flour. Add to cream mixture and blend well. Add chocolate chips and the other optional ingredients. Bake at 350 for 8 - 11 minutes.
Note: Cookies are best if just brown around the edges when checking whether done
