The best way of handling this kind of people is to ignore them. Otherwise they will make your life hell. Just treat them as if they dont exist for you.  But at the same time be aware that they are suffering from mental disorder and should be treated as patients.</description>

		<description>I will have to check out that documentary.  This is very good.  I agree that children and adults with Tourettes are the best teachers.  I have learned this with Autism as well.  I get the best advice from Adults who have been there.</description>
