A Great Day for Up ~ Special Exposure Wednesday

My son, Lee…no crib could hold him.

Since he could pull to standing, he has climbed up, down; over, under; in, out; between, around…everything. Everything.

And still does.

Share a photo with us this Special Exposure Wednesday. And please remember to share the comment love at each link you visit.

Melody can be found at 5M4SN every Tuesday; hosting Special Exposure Wednesday; and sharing her love of photography the second and fourth Saturdays each month in her column, Photographing Your Children. You will also find her at Slurping Life sharing photos and a few words from her special life.

Shannon @ Gabi's World @ 1:05 am

Such strength and determination!

Michelle @ 1:11 am

Going places since day one :D Way to go, Lee!

(Finally got my act together to play this week, Melody ;) )

Maddy @ 1:52 am

Excellent. what an achievement. I have a similar photograph [although it's my daughter, not either of my sons]
Best wishes

Rickismom @ 4:59 am

Great pic!

Ricki was also always a great climber. New PT's would shudder as she scampered up some apparatus, and I would say, "Don't worry, sher's been doing that for ages….."

Debbie Yost @ 7:21 am

Look at him go! We had a rock wall at our Buddy Walk this year. My older two climbed it and I wanted to see if Peanut would, but the line was too long and I don't think she would have waited. She loves to climb, too, and does amazing well for her tiny size. I probably would have chickened out a couple feet up.

Julie @ 7:30 am

Fantastic photo! Wow! It looks like so much fun, too! I want to be climbing out there too, but that would spoil the moment! :D

Look at him go! :)

sheila @ 8:31 am

Very brave, I can't even get on a step ladder!

Deborah @ 9:04 am

My son who just turned 18 years old yesterday is also a rock climber. I've never seen the inside of my attic because I can't even get on the first step of a ladder. Maybe I brought the wrong baby home from the hospital :)

Danette @ 9:07 am

Great picture! My twins have been climbers from an early age too. :)

Love this picture. "No crib could hold him"-awesome quote!

Rachelle @ 10:25 am

What an adventurous boy! He must be so strong!

susieshomemade @ 11:36 am

I love that caption!!

Christina @ 12:25 pm

I have a littel girl that cannot be contained…I bet she wil follow in Lee's footsteps!

Frogs Mom @ 4:20 pm

What a great climber. I hope we can channel Frog's need to climb into something like that someday -

Finding Normal @ 9:26 pm

Great picture!
Come over and see how Addison figured out how to get into a sitting position all by herself earlier today. I'm still in shock and glad I have the pictures to prove it!
