Magic Marker Monday — From Princesses To Pirates

Welcome to Magic Marker Monday! If you haven't heard about Magic Marker Monday yet, click here and then hurry right back…

Apparently we are no longer completely enamored with princesses. We have moved on to pirates. Pirates in dresses and high heels anyway.
I am told that the frowny faces on the ship's sail and the pirate's hat more than compensate for her princess couture gown and footwear. The little yellow deely-bop and red plus sign next to the pirate are actually the key to the treasure chest and the "X" marking the treasure's spot, respectively.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of asking how the lady pirate was supposed to have sword fights and defend her treasure in such high-brow attire. I was promptly treated to a full demonstration involving pirate hat, eye-patch and sword combined with a Snow White gown and high-heeled Cinderella shoes.
I would tell you more about this, but I must now go and face my punishment. I am told that I must walk the plank at sword-point for the grievous crime of laughing at a pirate during her "Special Sword-fightin' Srabba-ganza Dummy-strashun Show." Apparently it's "'Genst da Pirate Coda Effiks". Just so you know…

Ah yes, we too are entering the 'lethal weapon' / 'pirate' stage of child development. Good luck with that one.
Cheers
