Special Exposure Wednesday

Maddy and Mal.

One of the best things about having a big family is that each person has something to teach the other

and so everyone ends up with a wealth of understanding from different points of view.

Maddy has taught Mal about the world from her perspective

and Mal has taught Maddy that even though life is not always perfect, there are still many rewards -

you can still find joy in each day.

Got something to share?

Why don’t you join in thisĀ Special Exposure Wednesday.

Please remember your comment love at each link you visit.

Bringing up seven kids has led to in depth knowledge of asthma, autism, fetal alcohol syndrome and drug induced developmental delay, immune deficiency and autoimmune disease, ectodermal dysplasia, neonatal death and cardiac defect. Despite all of that, I didn't know I was about to start the ride of my life with the illness of my youngest daughter, Ivy.

I agree with you about big families. My kids learn a lot from each other.

Lovely photo. My kids are just starting to interact with each other, and it is great for both of them. Lovely to see happy siblings!

I just wrote an essay recently on large(r) families and what they offer to children growing up. Love to see you saying the same thing!
