In recognition of the fact that summer is drawing to a close (never mind the 92F temps here, thank you), I am sharing a moment from the summer of 2006.
Our family was living in the mountains, and the boys had spent a memorable afternoon playing in a creek which ran near our cabin. It was a perfect afternoon…one of which you always remember every little detail and smile. We got a lot of mileage out of those rubber boots.

This is a really nice picture. My sons have both wanted rain boots, but we don’t get enough rain down here for them to be of any use.
