Here we are saying goodbye to Summer.
The weather is already starting to turn and we are preparing ourselves for the Winter to come
but I will remember this season just gone as one of the best ever for our family
and one of the healthiest.

Bringing up seven kids has led to in depth knowledge of asthma, autism, fetal alcohol syndrome and drug induced developmental delay, immune deficiency and autoimmune disease, ectodermal dysplasia, neonatal death and cardiac defect. Despite all of that, I didn't know I was about to start the ride of my life with the illness of my youngest daughter, Ivy.

Marie may be begging for spring to come. I would too, if it would STAY spring! Here the summers are VERY hot and HUMMID (doing my brisk walking even at night, is like exercising in a saunna!)
