I have chosen to do my child hood disease project for colleg on FAS.
I was wondering if anyone might be willing to share their story with me? I would really prefer to have a more personal perspective (for myself and to present) then just facts and stats.

I’d never heard of FAS day, though I have heard of the syndrome. I am off to put it on my calendar so that I can remember to think of the families living with this on September 9th.

Our foster daughter has a FASD, but we’re not sure where on the spectrum she falls yet. This came just in time for me, she has a follow-up appointment with her neurologist on 09/09! What a coincidence!

Thank you so much for this post, I know that I’ll be spending several hours reading and taking notes this week in preparation for my foster daughter’s appointment with the neurologist and her PT & OT evaluations! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
