Typically I buy these flours either at my local grocer (Publix), our local mom and pop health food store, or Whole Foods Market. I usually buy the Bob’s Red Mill variety. I hear that Trader Joe’s carries this brand as well.

Where do you get these flours? I looked in my heath food store and nada.

Sorghum flour? Tapioca flour?

I’m nervous to try a store bought variety in case it tastes odd. I’d rather go with what you use and love.

I’m a bit of a follower like that. But I really want to add to our Family Night Treat file.

You can experiment with gluten free flour mixtures, or you can use a store-bought variety. Currently I’m using a combo of 1 cup sorghum flour, 1 cup tapioca flour, ¾ cup cornstarch, and ¾ cup white rice flour. I make extra mix to keep on hand for pancakes, muffins, etc.
