Activeion Pro: A Giveaway!

Imagine cleaning your house, and killing bacteria, with plain 'ol water.

Yup. Simple H2O.

Can't be done you say?

photo_science_01

Think again.

The Activeion Pro uses cold tap water – and magically charges the ions in that water to attract the gunk on your counter, in your microwave, or even on your skin.

One of the Activeion execs told me she uses it to clean up her toddler after meals!

Okay. So maybe there is a bit more science involved than just that. Allow my bud, Bill, to explain:

Because it uses plain tap water, this device is eco-friendly and safe. There are no harsh chemicals, and there is no need to continue to purchase bottles of cleaning products – so the Activeion Pro is recession-friendly as well.

(The initial purchase price may give you a moment's pause at $299 – but consider all the different products at $3.00 a pop that end up in the shopping cart, and ultimately down the drain!, every grocery trip.)

But you will never again have to worry about "running out of cleaner" mid-job – just turn on your tap to refill the Activeion Pro chamber to continue cleaning.

018

I can clean my home without the use of chemicals that irritate the underdeveloped lungs of little kids with trachs. What comes out of the Activeion Pro is safe enough to drink!

016

My slave labor 14 year old admiring the sparkling clean shower!

I have cleaned the stove top – wow-za! on the easy wiping up of food spatters, I have cleaned the bathtub, the shower, the kitchen counters, the kitchen cabinets, the microwave oven, the nasty corners on on our zillions of feet of chair railing and baseboards, the TV screen, the bathroom mirror, Parker's crib, and OUR CARPET.

Yup. You read that right. I use this little beauty to clean up medication spills….and everything else….right out of our carpet.

When used as directed, the Activeion Pro eliminates greater than 99.9% of harmful bacteria!

And if that is not enough to make you seriously giddy with delight, the amazing folks over at Activeion.com have generously offered a 5MFSN reader their very own Activeion Pro!

All you have to do is go and watch this short video at Activeion.com and then come back and tell me one thing you learned. Easy, no?

Don’t forget you can earn additional entries: subscribe to our feed, add our 5 Minutes for Special Needs button in your sidebar, write a post and link back to this contest on your blog, and spread the word via Facebook, Twitter, or email!

(Just make sure you leave extra comments letting us know. Your comments are your entries.)

Winner to be announced Saturday, September 26th!

This is not a compensated review. However we did receive a FREE ActiveIon Pro in order to review it. Cause it is kinda hard to review something you can't actually use. Ya know?

And we LOVE it!

Offer available in the U.S. only!

Please be sure to read our Terms and Conditions.

You can also find Tammy and Parker hanging out at their other blog, Praying for Parker and on Twitter where they are known as ParkerMama.

I like the fact that you can recharge it and that you don't have to recharge it for about 8 refills. I would love to use this in my classroom. I teach elem school children with multiple needs and we are always cleaning! It would be nice to know that I am cleaning with something that would not harm them in any way.

Suzie and Lily @ 5:01 pm

Rach @ Our Greene Acres @ 1:06 pm

It would be nice not to have to use chemicals on everything.
I like that you can use it to clean your clothes (we use a lot of Spray-n-Wash on Micah's clothing as he is learning to feed himself finger foods) and I'm pretty impressed that it can even be used to clean the car! What about all of the nooks and crannies in special needs equipment? I'd love to use it on Micah's wheelchair!!

Mya Brooks @ 1:08 pm

Safe to use on your face. Like with taking off makeup. Awesome!

Rach @ Our Greene Acres @ 1:10 pm

Rebecca @ 1:42 pm

You can use the Active Ion Pro for removing stains from your clothes to washing bugs off your car. The VP's daughter uses this to remove makeup. Considering the bacteria which is responsible for so much bacteria, it could be presumed that this would be very useful in treating acne. (They didn't say that – I am surmising that).

shel @ 2:34 pm

You can go through 8 refills before you need to recharge the unit. It takes 1-2 hours to recharge the unit.
You can even clean your clothes with the Activeion Unit.

Lisa D @ 2:58 pm

I learned that electricity changes the composition of the water making excellent for cleaning. Also you can use it in place of stain removers for your clothing. I need this thing. We have someone with cancer in the house and eliminating the chemicals helps.

LASHEENA PONDS @ 3:32 pm

This looks cool. I would use it for cleaning

Lauren McCormick @ 8:22 pm

How cool is this thing! I don't have to constantly recharge this bad boy, I don't have to use any cleaner, so it is cheaper and better to run and I don't have to inhale any fumes! How great is that?!

September 18, 2009

jacqueline melendez @ 9:55 am

I would LOVE to win an activeion Pro…I learned that the Activeion Pro lifts the dirt from the surface and breaks it apart and makes it easy to then just wipe away. Nothing to harm the environment…after all the chemicals generally used with water act the same way to break away dirt but leave a mess of hazardous waste to effect us all blindly. I love this genius concept! One day soon I hope to put on to use…

Delores Goneau @ 11:07 am

I love that it could be used in hospitals for sanitizing surfaces! That alone makes me feel better about using it in my home!

Sue @ 3:01 pm

My grandson has Autism along with the brain problem called Arnold Chiari Malformation type 1. He has high intercranial pressure & suffers daily. Wow, I learned so much from the video. I love that it is a "green" product. I love that it can clean carpet. I have 2 young boys and a dog and I hate using products on the carpet knowing that eventually they'll be playing on that area later. I also love the idea about doing dishes with it.
