Special Exposure Wednesday, Share Your Photo

Finally! Our first Special Exposure Wednesday. What? This is news to you? You can find out what is going on by reading Welcome to Special Exposure Wednesday. Then join the sharing today with your direct photo link on Mr. Linky below and a comment on this post.
Do you regularly participate in Wordless Wednesday? Well double your linky love and blog exposure by participating there and here at Special Exposure Wednesday.
Link both, WW and SE, to one blog post and photo or two separate ones, either way is fine. 5 Minutes for Mom and 5 Minutes for Special Needs are sister sites, and we're both about parenting, connection and inspiration.
Let's get the visual inspiration flowing…
This is my ten year old son Wil (who lives with cerebral palsy) at his swim class for children with special challenges. His goal is to make the local Special Olympics swim team in time to train and compete in an April 2009 event.
What do you say…could you offer Wil a little cheer of encouragement?
Add a link to your visual inspiration below, visit others and leave them a little comment. I cannot wait to see what you have to share.

I'm loving your photos. If I miss yours, it's only because my old eyes and fingers didn't coordinate to click the Mr. Linky link. Tell me if I missed ya!

First of all I would like to congratulate Wil on his hard work and dedication toward competing in Special Olympics. It is a great goal to have.
I am an Adaptive Aquatics instructor for children with special needs and I know how hard my students work to get to that level of swimming. It is amazing how beneficial swimming can be for children with special needs. Not only are we teaching our children how to swim but they are receiving many educational, therapeutic, and health benefits as well. We call our program Adaptive Aquatics and we have seen amazing results as the children literally adapt to the water.
Good Luck Wil and keep on swimming!
