Helping Out The Old Man

Saturdays tend to be ‘yard day’ at our house. This Saturday was no exception with Reed having several sprinkler heads to repair.

Parker decided that keeping Dad company while he was digging in the dirt would be an excellent idea.

Hey Dad! Bet you can’t do this!

This kid has his Daddy’s toes.

Except Parker’s smell a lot sweeter.

Especially after Daddy’s been working out in the yard all day.

I have to tell you that Haylee signed before she spoke. My sister in law is deaf and we had haylee signing before she was even starting to talk. A child that signs is an amazing child.

Hey Tammy – just wanted to let you know this did my heart good seeing Parker outside in the grass! You’ve mentioned before how most of the time he has to stay in the house/his safe room so he doesn’t catch anything or become sicker, so it’s wonderful to see him being able to enjoy the fresh outdoors!

Great pictures. I love seeing how toes are passed down through families. I have my dad’s toes.
